GAMES IN EUROPEAN ZONE (N.Z; Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, February 8. The European committee of management has fixed the Davis Cup dates. The first round is to be completed by May 14, the second by May 28. the third ■by June 11, and the European final will be decided on July 16.
