HANDICAP WON BY GOOD CAST
(P.A.) GORE, February 10. The Gore Racing Club’s summer meeting was held in showery weather. The track was in good order though yielding. A Likely Hurdler Matapan, a winner at Blenheim, Is owned by Mr A. F. Loe, president of the Marlborough Club, and is a half-brother, by Night Raid, to Slayer, and is to race over hurdles later in the season. He shaped well as a hurdler last year.
