Unity Mitford, Not to be Prosecuted. —The Solicitor-General (Major F. Soskice) stated in the House of Commons that the Government had no intention •of prosecuting Miss Unity Freeman Mitford, who returned to England from Germany in 1940. There was no evidence in the possession of the authorities justifying criminal proceedings.
