Cabled advice has been received at the Sydney office of UNRRA that Dr. Sneddon Robertson and Miss Joan Barrett, of Wellington, have arrived in Shanghai. The first New Zealanders to serve with UNRRA in China, they have already taken up their new duties.—Sydney, Dec. 5. Mr W. J. Wilson has succeeded Mr W. J. Green as editor of the Standard."
