A* times the Mayor of Dunedin (Mr • ‘ V-■ Cameron) is given unusual titles m letters received from various parts of the world, but few have placed him m the exalted rank indicated by a correspondent from Durban, Natal, South Africa. “My Lord,” runs the letter from a 19-year-c)ld girl, “I am desirous of corresponding with a young lady of approximately the same age, and as I am extremely interested in Dunedin and the country, I am seeking your aid.” The Mayor has acceded to the South African gitrs request and has arranged for a number of correspondents to write to her.
