COURAGE—On November 23, 1945 (suddenly), Algernon Edward, younger son of the late Frank Courage, of Seadown, Amberley, and loved brother of Mrs M. J. Dixon, Eyrewell, West Eyreton, and F. H. Courage, of Seadown, Amberley; aged 62 years. (Cabled from Dorchester, England.) OLIVER—On December 3, at Christchurch Hospital, Frederick Freeman, loved husband of Lilias Marjory Oliver, and daddy of wee Frances, and loved elder son of Mr and Mrs E. W. Oliver. Te Horo. North Island, and son-in-law of Mr and Mrs Donald Cameron, 134 Hawthornden road. Upper Riccarton; aged 35 years. OLSEN—On December 1, 1945, at Christchurch, Grace Olsen, 4 Seaview terrace. Lyttelton, dearly loved wife of the late Peter Olsen, and loved mother of William. Edward, Mablc, and Leonard; aged 77 years. A patient sufferer at rest. Private interment. Lamb and Hayward, Ltd., 292 Cashel street. RAINEY—On December 3, 1945. at the home of her brother, Mr A. Sharp, Lansdowne, Halswell, Mary, wife of the late Thomas Rainey, Flaxlon. Private cremation.
