ALBANIAN ELECTION

(Rec. 8 p.m.) LONDON. Dec. 3The Tirana radio says that more than 80 per cent, of Albania’s registered voters went to the polls yesterday to elect a Constituent Assembly. The day passed in complete order and calm. The Greek minority in southern Albania also voted, although the Nationalists called for a Results will not be known until returns from outlying points are received.
