ASSAULT WITH INTENT TO ROB
FOUR MEN PLEAD GUILTY (P.A.) AUCKLAND, December 3 A sequeJ to the interruption of a Chinese fan tan school in premises tn Greys avenue on November 16 was heard in the- Court this morning when toui men. William Rawirl Green, aged 28. William Arden aged 19, Tutanekaj Tipere. aged 22 and Philip John Sankey aged 17. were charged that, belnp armed with a revolver, they assaulted Chan Sue and others with Intent to rob They were also charged with unlawful conversion of two motor-^ars. All the accused pleaded guilty to ah charges and were committeed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
