LAND SALES
Sir,—-The Land Sales Court is a grand idea but does not go far enough. Why not abolish the land agents, whose commission is an extra charge on the real value? A person desiring to-sell his property could register it with a Government- department which would value it, and the sale' would then go through at a small cost to those concerned. It would also cut out any chance of black marketing in prices.—Yours, etc., „ . FAIR VALUE. December 2, 1945.
