RETURN OF MORE SOLDIERS

ARRIVAL BEFORE CHRISTMAS (From \ Our Parliamentary Reporter.) *• WELLINGTON, November 30. The Mooltan, with 2nd. N.Z.E.F. personnel from the United Kingdom, Italy, and Egypt, sailed from Suez on November 21, said the Minister of Defence (the Hon. F.* Jones) this afternoon. He added that he was pleased to say the ship would now reach Wellington about December 21 and the men in the draft would reach their home towns before Christmas. On board the ship were the rest of the Bth and earlier,- reinforcements, married men of the 9th reinforcement, and about 300 single men of the 9th reinforcement. Next of kin of men embarked in the United Kingdom had already been.notiaed by Base Records and, early next week, next of kin of men who joined the ship at Italy and Egypt would also be advised by Base Records. There would be a further announcement when the Mooltan reached Australia. •
