At noon Lord Alanbrook was the guest of honour, together with ViceAdmiral Sir Philip Vian, at a State luncheon at Parliament House. The Field-Marshal immediately afterwards, accompanied by General Puttick, left by motor-car on the way to Rotorua, where he will spend a few days.
