FREEZING COMPANY'S YEAR NORTH CANTERBURY SHEEP FARMERS The thirtieth annual report and balancesheet of the North Canterbury Sheepfarmers' Co-operative Freezing Export and Agency Company, Ltd., for the year ended September 30, states that after making provision for depreciation, income tax. social and national security charges, there is a credit on the year's operations of £4656 15s 3d. Added to the balance carried forward last year. £5863 8s 7d. a total of £10,520 3s lOd. The directors recommend that this be dealt with as follows:—payment of SM per cent, diviend on preference and ordinary shares, £3576 14s Id; to carry forward, £6943 9s 9d—£10,520 3s lOd. The directors retiring by rotation are Messrs -A. P. Bruce and Colin Mcintosh. These, being eligible, offer themselves for re-election, and in the absence of further nominations, are duly elected. The annual meeting of shareholders will be held at Christchurch on Thursday, November 15.
