Mails for China.—The Acting-Post-master-General (the Hon. F. Jones) announced yesterday the partial resumption of the postal service with China. Letters, postcards; printed papers, commercial papers, and samples may now be forwarded by air or surface route to the whole of China except Manchuria. Business correspondence for those provinces formerly occupied by the Japanese must, however, be limited to ascertaining facts, and exchanging information preparatory to the resumption of trade when conditions permit.--CPJU
