DENMARK’S REACTION TO PROPOSAL (Rec. 10 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 19. The Danish Foreign Minister (Mr C. Moeller) told the Copenhagen correspondent of “The Times” that as Denmark had been mentioned in connexion with General de Gaulle's recent proposal for a western Epropean bloc he wished to say that Denmark’s place was within the framework of the United Nations. Neither Denmark nor any other northern country ought to enter into regional agreements, but should try for the same good relations with the east as with the west.
