Plans of the street proposed to be stopped are deposited in the Town Clerk’s Office situate ns aforesaid, and may be Inspected there, without fee, during office hours. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that It is the intention of the Watmairl Electric Power Board and of the Christchurch City Council to introduce in the present Session of Parliament the Waimairi County Electrical Supply and Christchurch City Empowering Bill. The object and purport of the BUI which Is to come into operation on 111 October. 1945. are as follows: I. To confer 0:1 the Christchurch ' City County the powers conferred on the Waimairi County Council by and to Impose on the Christchurch City Coun- ■. cil the duties and obligations Imposed on the Waimairi County Council by two Orders-ln-Council dated res pec- v ; tlvely the fltft day of October. 1916. and the sth day of March. 1928. 2 To dissolve the Waimairi Electric Power Board. 3. To vest all real and personal property of the Waimairi County and of tite Waimairi Electric Power Board held for electrical supply purposes, In the Christchurch City Corporation. 4.
