TRAFFIC CASES The following penalties were Imposed in traffic cases brought by the police:— Unlighted bicycle; Patrick Harvey Learmonth. fined 10s; Leicester Orrin Sendell, fined 10s. Failing to give way; Arthur Raymond Carr fined £2; Eric William Duncan, fined £2. „ Insufficient lights: Matthew Tarrant Dixon, fined £1; Colin Edward Rawlings, fined £l. Crossing railway line when line not clear: Maude Laura Cox, fined £l. Parking over fireplug: William Joseph Loader, fined 10s; James Harry Mills, fined 10s, Passing on intersection: Joseph Plows, fined SOs.
