MAN FOUND DEAD
From Our Own Reporter TIMARU, June 22, • lan Dempsey, aged 51, a farmer, of St. Andrews, was found dead with a gunshot wound in his head, afcput one mile from bis home at 4.45 o’clock this afternoon. A shotgun was also found. Ha is survived by his widow and one son. Another son, Mr James Dempsey, wa? killed in an aircraft accident in New Zealand several months ago.
