Black, the chairman of the committee, said that nex lJj e ®^'j l l ro ® agreement had been reaehed. and pro vided the weather is suitable, some boats would operate for the express purpose of supplying pubbc hospital and similar institutions. These supplies would be made available fr of and would be distributed through the retailers.
