(Thls was under the arrangement of pooling members' salaries adopted by the Labour Government, but dispensed With since the general rise in the payment of members of Parliament.) Mr Nash did mot say that tee Prime ■ Minister received only £BOO a year. He did say teat ‘‘the Prime Mteister’s amount on the civil list was £1800." At that time £BSO of that amount went into the pool.
