(Rec. 1 ;a.m<) LONDON, April 8, It has-been decided that church belli; will be rung in England to annoqnce victory to' lhe Country within an hour of the official declaration. This is said to be Mr Churchill's choice. He favours bells instead of Runs or sirens, though nodoubt these may also be heard. The bells were rung to cele--brate El Alameinand the liberation of Paris. ’ The bells of St. Paul’s, tolled by 14 bellringers, will give the signal of victory to bellringers all over the United Kingdom. - It is ,both the King and Mr Churchill will broadcast. Services wiU also be held at St. Paul’s. If the n?ws comes through early enough .there will be a thanksgiving at noon. ,
