(P.A.) DUNEDIN, February 27, The Minister of Railways (the Hon. R. Semple) on return frOm the flooded area in South. Otago to-night, received advice that the Main Trunk, railway service had been restored, .and said he wished to express to the engineers and men, and also to the men of armed forces, the country’s grateful thanks.
