SATURDAY’S RESULTS Following are the results of the Suburban Cricket Association’s competition matches played on Saturday. SENIOR GRADE Beckenham 223 (Rabone 68. Weatherhead 24. E. Cox 23). and 32 for onq wicket, beat. Matchless 172 and 80 (Hall 23) by nine wickets. For Beckenham, Stokes took five for 34, and Rabone two for 17. and for Matchless Hall took three for 22 and Spicer four for 45. _ . , Spreydon 84 and 97 (Hall 36) beat Marathon 123 and 40 by 18 runs. For Spreydon, Kiddey took six for 19, and Scoon four for 19. and for Marathon, Adams took four for 16 and Moir three for 27. Working Men's Club 95 and 161 (Pockson 46, Martin 23) beat Waltham 94 and 128 (Reid 26) by one run on the first innings. For Working Men’s Club Mahoney took two for 34 and for Waltham Bailey took six for 47. , Shirley 325 (Bampton 71. Goulding 51, R, Stead 51 not out, Mehnin 29) beat Railway 283 by 42 runs. For Railway, Hattersley took three for 68. SENIOR B GRADE Harowood 96 for four wickets declared (A. Shipley 56) beat Riccarton 49 and 62 for seven wickets, by 47 rubs, on the first innings. For Harewood, Trembath took four for 10 and Haworth three for 2, and for Riccarton. Beere took three for 48 Working Men’s Club 81 (Cordery 20) beat Sumner 66 (J. Reid 36 not out) by 15 runs. For Working Men’s Club Clarke took four for 22, and McMenamin five for 44, and for Sumner Plckeririg took seven for 50. Merivale, 91 for six wickets (Haase 45 not out) beat Oddfellows 82. by four wickets. For Merivale, Haase took four *°New'Brighton 230 (Campbell 101 not out, Cullen 31) beat Sunnyside 114 (Thomson 33, Chinnery 32) by 116 runs. For New Brighton, Hay toqk seven for 52, and for Sunnyside, Thomson took three for 68. JUNIOR GRADE Waterslders, 192 for five wickets declared (Hannigan -75, Parrott 70) beat Shirley 44 and 69 for five wickets (R. Agassiz 24 not out) by 148 runs on the first innings. For Watcrsiders, Kissell took five for 15. and Hannigan four for 25. Beckenham 125 (Heywood 36,' Bateman 31) beat Waltham 93 (Dowie 42) by 32 runs. For Beckenham Jarvis took three for 20, and for Waltham Applin took three for 29, , St. Albans 151 for four wickets dedared (Greenwood 68, Dobbs 26) beat Templeton 89 and 115 for four wickets (Hulston 45) by 62 runs on the first innings. For St. Albans. Forward took three for 16 and Dobbs three for 24. A.T.C. 140 (McCree 31) beat Harewood 96 (Trevathan 32 not out) by 44 runs. For A.T.C.. McCree took five for 13. THIRD A GRADE Tramways 159 (Pethig 62) beat Beckenham A 123. (Weatherhead 28,-A. Besley 26) by 36 runs. For Beckenham, A. Besley took five for 18. Waltham A 129 (Kennedy 22) beat Beckenham B 120 (Craig 62) by 9 runs. For Waltham, Jones took five for 62, and Wilson four for 31, and for Beckenham Scapens took five for. 63. Sprevdon .126 and 93 for five wickets beat Merivale 72 and 139 for five wickets declared, by five wickets. For Spreydon Goodwin took six for 34, and for Merivale Watts took four for 21. Waltham B 128 (Foley 30) beat Lane, Walker, Rudkin 99 (Beachem 27) by 29 runs. For Waltham, McClure took four for 10, and for Lane, Walker, Rudkin, Stevens took three for 26. THIRD B GRADE Waltham 110 (Booth 30) beat New Brighton 78 by 32 runs. For Waltham, Bennett took three for 26, and for New Brighton Egan took four for 28. Marathon 127 and 32 for four wickets, beat Working Men’s Club 63 and 42. by six wickets. For Marathon, Coleman took four for 23 and four for 15, and for Working Men’s Club, Cunningham took seven for 53,
Barnet Glass 81 and 17 for no wickets, beat Beckenham 45 and 45, by 10 wickets. For Barnet Glass, Werrens took six for 18, and Spencer five for 12, and for Beckenham Brownlees took nine for 25.
