ULTIMATUM TO GREEK GUERRILLAS The British Commander-in-Chidf in Greece (LieutenantGeneral R. M. Scobie) has issued an ultimatum warning the ELAS that the British forces will commence an all-out attack if ELAS guns are still firing at 9 o’clock' to-morrow morning. Royal Air Force aeroplanes today dropped leaflets over Athens informing civilians of the British Command’s intentions. —London, December 20.
