SUPREME COURT

An order for restitution of conjugal rights was made by Mr Justice Northcroft in the Supreme Court yesterday, in favour of Herbert Stanley Whall (Mr D. W. A decree nisi was also granted to Albert Charles Richard EJcock (Mr Russell) on a petition for divorce, on grounds of adultery, from Evelyn Isabel Elcock (Mr R. Twyneham, tor a Dunedin legal firm), respondent.
