SUPREME COURT
An order for restitution of conjugal rights was made by Mr Justice Northcroft in the Supreme Court yesterday, in favour of Herbert Stanley Whall (Mr D. W. Russell), petitioner, against Mabel Winifred Whall, respondent. A decree nisi was granted in a petition tor dissolution of marriage (on grounds of non-compliance with an order for restitution of conjugal rights) by Emily Jean Strange White (Mr W. R. Lascelles). petitioner to have the interim custody of the two youngest children, and the respondent, Cyril Kennedy White (Mr R. Twyneham). to have reasonable access to the children. A decree nisi was also granted to Albert Charles Richard EJcock (Mr Russell) on a petition for divorce, on grounds of adultery, from Evelyn Isabel Elcock (Mr R. Twyneham, tor a Dunedin legal firm), respondent.
