♦ EFFECTS OF MOSCOW CONFERENCE LONDON. Oct. 28. “Pravda’s” foreign editor, reviewing the conference between Mr Churchill and Mr Stalin, says that the. discussions, having cleared up all misunderstandings, have considerably shortened the war. . , He adds that the conference dealt not only with the Allied Powers’ main goal namely, the complete crushing and destruction of Hitlerite Germany, but also with the rebuilding of a strong and lasting peace after the war.
