Elizabeth Fran ces, dearly beloved wife of William Thomas Foster, and beloved mother oi Frank. Beatrice, Nancy, and Freda; m her 77th year. A patient sufferer gone to- rest. LE COMTE—On September 24. 1944, at Akaroa Hospital, Thomas, dearly beloved husband of Catherine (Milly) Le Comte, and loved father of Orton and Clifford Le Comte; aged 68 years. LOWRY—On September 23, 1944, at Hastings. Thomas Henry, dearly beloved husband of Helen Caroline Lowry, of Okawa, Hastings. Interment Tuesday at 2 p.m. O’LOUGHLIN—On September 25, at Christchurch, Philip Sevan youngest son of John and Ivy O’Loughlin, Bennetts, aged 11 months. R.I.P. SMITH—On September 22, 1944, at his residence, 117 Langdons road, Papanui, Ralph, husband of the late Christian K. L. Smith; aged 76 years.
