HEAVY RAID ON PHILIPPINES REPORTED Another heavy raid by American aircraft on the Philippines is reported by the Tokyo radio. “Early tn-day 200 enemy aeroplanes bombed Legaspi, Cebu, and other cities in the centralPhilippines," says the radio.
