* DANISH AND GERMAN POLICE LONDON, Sept. 21. Fighting is going on in Copenhagen between Danish and German police. All bridges are barred between Copenhagen and Amager. which is the island section of Copenhagen. The Germap police are questioning anyone who passes. „ According to the Free Danish Press Service, clashes have occurred, some lasting several hours, mostly round the police stations. Many Danish police managed to escape from their wouldbe German captors. The German-controlled Copenhagen radio has issued a denial that King Christian is under arrest. It said that the King was in the palace under the protection of the usual Danish police guard. . ~ All the Copenhagen police stations are now manned by Gestapo agents. S.S. men, and Danish Nazis.
