LIBEL ACTION
(P.A.) AUCKLAND, May 31. Final addresses by counsel were heard to-day in the case in which a Christchurch firm of i rubber ware manufacturers. Marathon Rubber/Footwear, Ltd., claimed £ 1000 damages for alleged libel against the New Zealand “Observer.” Mr Justice Callan will sum up to-morrow.
