Mr B. J. Jacobs, after 25 years as president of the Palmerston North branch of the Returned Services’ Association, has announced his retirement •i from office. The annual meeting unani\mously passed a motion recommending to the new executive that Mr Jacobs's services be suitably acknowledged. Mr ■ Jacobs is Dominion president of the New Zealand Returned Services’ Association.
