Ratings in England— One hundred and fifty New Zealand ratings, all of whom arrived in England within a few weeks, travelling on different ships, were seen recently by Mr W, J. Jordan (High Commissioner for New Zealand) and Mr S. R. Skinner, naval affairs officer at H.M.S. Ganges, where they have begun training as cadet ratings. Most of them have seen several years of service in the 2nd N.Z.E.F. More than 20 have held commissions.—London, May 30.
