WORLD MONETARY CONFERENCE

♦ MR ROOSEVELT’S INVITATION (Rec. 10 p.m.) WASHINGTON, May 26. A statement from the White House regarding the calling by Mr Roosevelt of a monetary conference on July 1 says an invitation has been extended to all the United Nations and “the nations associated with them in the war.” The Secretary of the Treasury (Mr Henry Morgenthau) will head the American delegation.
