MURDER CHARGE
* SOLDIER COMMITTED FOR TRIAL (P.A.) AUCKLAND, March 28. A New Zealand soldier, Thomas Rex Beagle, charged • with the murder of an American soldier at Papakura Military Camp on March 3, at the conclusion of evidence before Mr J. H. Luxford, S.M., to-day, reserved his defence and was committed to the Supreme Court for trial. This morning’s evidence was by medical and police witnesses..
