In case it may be thought that I was speaking on behalf of that body, I would like to have it known that I was representing the Dominion Settlement Association, which has been in existence in New Zealand for nearly 20 years and whose committees have representatives on them from the followlowing organised bodies; —N.Z. Institute of Architects, N.Z. Employers’ Federation, N.Z. Returned Services Association, N.Z. Farmers’ Union, N.Z. Manufacturers’ Federation, N.Z, Society of Accountants, Women’s Division of the N.Z. Farmers’ Union, Salvation Army, Associated Chambers of Commerce, Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. The association also hopes to solicit the support of other national organisations. —Yours, etc., 1 J. ABEL, Chairman, National Organising D.S.A. November 2, 1943.
