ADDRESSES BY COUNSEL CONCLUDED

When the Court resumes this morning, Mr Justice 'Northcroft will sum up concerning the evidence in the divorce suit of Paul Henry, Colville, motor mechanic, of Christchurch, against his wife, Theresa Nina Colville, on the ground of alleged adultery. Lionel John Stacey, traffic inspector, of Christchurch, was named in the suit as co-respondent. The jury heard addresses yesterday by Mr C. S. Thomas fpr the petitioner, Mr W. R. Lascelles for the respondent, and Mr A; W. Brown for the co-respondent. : After his Honour’s summing up this morning the jury will retire to consider their verdict. ■ ’
