PROTEST BY WAIRARAPA W.D.F.U. “The Press” Special Service. WELLINGTON, November 1,

After being addressed on the subject of the recent dismissal of the only woman medical officer of the Royal New Zealand Air Force, the Wairarapa provincial council of the Women’s Division of the Farmers’ Union, representing more than 600 women, passed the following resolution: “That this meeting of the Wairarapa executive, representing more than 600 women, protests against the shocking travesty of British justice exemplified by the summary dismissal without trial, of the only woman medical officer of the R.N.Z.A.F., for conscientiously carrying out duties assigned to her."
