Issued at 5 p.m., by the Meteorological Office, Wellington, and dealing with the 24 hours following the time of issue, is as follows; Moderate variable winds. Weather fine and mild. WEST COAST The forecast for the West Coast of the ficuth Island is;— Moderate south-west to west winds. Weather fair to cloudy and milder.
CHRISTCHURCH WEATHER
The weather in Christchurch yesterday was fine and sunny with practically no Wind. Saturday was also fine with plenty of sunshine.
At 1 o’clock this morning the sky was clear and there was a light easterly wind. The barometer at 30.03 in (1017.6 millibars) was steady.
