CHRISTCHURCH LADIES’ CLUB The Ladies’ Golf Union medal match was won by Mrs W. Toomey in the seniors and by Mrs J. Prendergast in the juniors. The best scores were as follows:—Seniors: Mrs Toomey, 92, 11—81: Mrs Thomas, 95, 13—82. Juniors: Mrs Prendergast, 114, 36 —7B; Mrs Robertson, 163, 24—79; Mrs Binns, 111, 30—81. The play-off in the’ September junior medal match was won by Mrs Robertson.
