—♦ — VICEREGAL (P.A.) WELLINGTON, August 16. The Governor-General (Sir Cyril Newall), accompanied by Captain H. G. Helmore, visited the Feildmg Agricultural High School this morning. The post of representative in New Zealand of the United States War Shipping Administration has been relinquished by Captain M. J. Bulger. His successor, Mr Herbert L. Schage, former operations manager of the American-Hawaiian Steamship Company, took over his new appointment yesterday. Mr Schage has been with the administration in Auckland for two months. Captain Bulger will return to his former position of port captain of the Matson Line at San Francisco—(P.A.L
