CLOTHING FOR WAR PRISONERS
* (P.A.) WELLINGTON, August 7. The Prisoners of War Inquiry Office has issued a further warning in regard to nex'-of-kin including in parcels to prisoners anything savouring of civilian clothing. Acknowledgement cards received in London from prisoners mention that such Clothing is confiscated. On March -31, the Cross Committee had 74 > delegates, 25 in Europe, 17 in Africa, 17 in Asia, 12 in America, two in Australia, and one in New Zealand. In addition, there were temporary missions in various countries. The Inquiry Office asks for coptes'of recent letters received from;. vihb.
