Branches of American or- 1 ganisations which are maintained in v foreign countries should not report,, since it is provided that property held by such branches will be reported la ’ the United States by the parent organisation. Persons in the armed forces of the \ United States serving in .foreign, countries are exempted from making the indicated report. Also exempt any person whose property in all' foreign countries on the date men-:, tioned had an aggregate value of leg*; than 10,000 dollars. In cases, how- * ever, of bonds payable by their term* in United States dollars, interests in allied foreign organisations, and cm-.-tain agreements and contracts, a report must be filed even though the' aggregate value of property interest*’ is less than 10,000 dollars.
