PENSIONS AGREEMENT
RECIPROCITY BETWEEN N.Z. AND AUSTRALIA (P.A.) AUCKLAND, July 9. Reciprocity between Australia and New Zealand in the payment of social security, age, and invalid benefits will be completed when Parliament, on resuming, passes legislation ratifying an agreement entered into by both Governments, said the Minister of Social Security (the Hon. W. E. Parry) to-day. A short bill of five clauses has been prepared and is before the Cabinet for approval. One clause will repeal the Old Age Pensions Reciprocity Act passed by Parliament in 1013 as that act j's now outdated by arrangements under the reciprocal agreement. GREYMOUTH TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL.
