Distribution of Woollen Comforts The distribution of woollen comforts sent from the West Coast to a southern military camp was discussed by the Westland Provincial Patriotic Council, when the Mayor of Greymouth (Mr F. A. Kitchingham) said that complaints were general from the men that they had not received any of the goods. He suggested that the method of allocating woollen comforts and the time of their distribution should be inquired into. Replying to a question, Mrs F. W. Shallcrass said that the garments were not handed out before the men went away, as in the last war, because it \jras not always known when they going.
