Apostolic Delegate’s Death.—Formerly Apostolic Delegate to Australia and New Zealand, Archbishop Cattaneo died on Saturday in Romo, aged 77. Tha news of his death was received in Sydney from the Vatican by the present Apostolic Delegate, Archbishop Panlco. Dr. Cattaneo was appointee, to the Australasian delegation in 1917 as successor to the first Apostolic Delegate, the late Cardinal Cerretti. Since his return to Rome Dr, Cattaneo had been canon of the Basilica of St. Mary Major.—Sydney, May 16.
