FOOD SHORTAGE IN HONG KONG
(Rec. 9 p.m.) CHUNGKING, April 9. The “China Central News” reports as from March I,> the Japanese have halved the food fation of 6.4 ounces of rice flour daily of non-belligerent nationals at Hong Kong, and advised them to depart voluntarily.
