Undefended Divorces.—Two undefended petitions in divorce came before Mr Justice Northcroft in the Supreme Court at Christchurch yesterday. In each case a decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months, was made. The petitions were: Harold Herbert Smith v. Agnes Annie Smith, on the ground of desertion: George Edward Sollitt v. Florence Edith Sollitt. on the ground of failure to comply with an order for the restitution of conjugal rights.
