Smith, adultery, an order for costs being made against co-respondent: Phyllis Agnes Champion v. Thomas Bennett Henry Champion, failure to comply with a decree for the restitution of conjugal rights. On the petition of Dennis Albert Thomas Swain, commonly known as Rene Lestocq, a decree for the restitution of conjugal rights was made.
