UNDEFENDED DIVORCE PETITIONS Divorce matters were dealt with by Mr Justice Northcroft in the Supreme Court at Christchurch yesterday. Decrees nisi, to be moved absolute after three months, were made on the following undefended petitions on the grounds stated: —George Douglas Williams v. Elsie Williams, separation; Edward James Bond v. Lily Bond, separation: Williamina Burns Bell Jones v. Thomas Alfred Jones, desertion; Margaret Fanny Collins v. Fredrick James Collins, separation; George Wood Cordiner v. Emily Lillian Violet Cordiner, separation: Cyril Frederick William Goodreds v. Mavis McLeod Goodreds, failure to comply with a decree for the restitution of conjugal rights; James Mclntyre Stewart v. Florence Helen Stewart, separation: Percy Stanley .Janies Jane. v.. Margaret Helen Jane, separation; Alma Doreen Olsen v. Raymond Ivan Olsen, separation; William Melbourne v. May Vivian Melbourne, separation; Charlie Edward Clack v. Emma Johnston.'desertion; Reginald Earle Stewart v. Alice Stewart, failure to comply with a decree for the restitution of conjugal rights; Hamilton. Kilpatrick v. Jean Madeline Russell Kilpatrick, • separation; Lena Isabella Shields v. John Shields, separation; Donaldena Keen v. John Francis Samuel Keen, separation; Leonard Lonsdale Reid Fretwell v. Irene Doris Edna Fretwell, desertion; Harold Millar v. Annie Millar, desertion; Margaret. Jamaud Raines v. Cyril Ronald Raines, separation; Irene Elizabeth Mary Lagan v. St. Dominic David Lagan, separation order; William Charles McKaskell v Alice McKaskell, separation; George Henry Bailey v. Nancy Beatrice Bailey and H. J. Smith, adultery, an order for costs being made against co-respondent: Phyllis Agnes Champion v. Thomas Bennett Henry Champion, failure to comply with a decree for the restitution of conjugal rights. On the petition of Dennis Albert Thomas Swain, commonly known as Rene Lestocq, a decree for the restitution of conjugal rights was made.
