Fresh north-westerly winds. A few showers in the Alps, Weather elsewhere fair and mild. WEST COAST

The forecast for the West Coast of the South Island is as follows: — Fresh to strong, but decreasing westerly winds. Weather changeable with passing showers, Temperatures moderate.
