BOYS’ HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS R. H. DUFF WINS SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIP

By winning four out of the five events in the senior championship, and being second in the other, R. H. Duff yesterday easily established himself as the Christchurch Boys 1 ' High School swimming champion. His total was 23 points. A. K. Archer was second with eight points, and D. Watson was third wltn seven points. G. W. Harris won three out of four titles to take the intermediate championship wth 15 points, P. H. Bamford being second with 12 points. He filled second place in each championship event. L. Parkinson, five points, was third. B. C. Samson was an easy winner in the junior championship with first place in three of the four events, and 15 points. H. Thompson, six points, was second, and W. W. Archer, five points, third. The races, held in the school baths yesterday afternoon, in weather that could not be bettered for swimming, attracted a good attendance of parents and friends. No records were broken.
