JAPANESE PRISONERS
FRESH DRAFT REACHES DOMINION (P A.) AUCKLAND, January 31. Another draft of Japanese prisoners captured by United States troops arrived in New Zealand and has been handed over to the representatives of the New Zealand Government. The prisoners have been sent to the camp' which is maintained for them in the Dominion, and which is administered on the lines laid down by the Geneva Convention for the treatment of war prisoners.
